These General Contract Conditions are intended to regulate the conditions of the online reservation service.

ATTENTION: Carefully review the details of your reservation as well as the content of these General Conditions before proceeding to accept them.

Online reservation service.

The online reservation service is intended to reserve your accommodation. The use of this service will imply full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions included in the latest updated version of these booking conditions.

Hiring process.

To make a reservation through this site you must follow the following steps:

1. Selection of room type, occupancy, dates and, if applicable, promotional code.

2. If applicable, contracting additional services or other options.

3. Entering guest details, including credit card details as a reservation guarantee.

4. Reservation confirmation.

5. Sending an email with reservation details and identifier.

Additional services you wish to include in your reservation will incur additional charges unless they are stated as complimentary services. These additional services will have to be expressly accepted and in each case the cost will be indicated.

Apart from these general conditions, you must accept some specific conditions referring to the specific establishment (Cancellation, payment, entry and exit, taxes, pets...) about which you will be informed during the reservation process.

The reservation price includes, exclusively, the services chosen and detailed in the reservation form.

Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be automatically processed and you will be sent an email confirming it. This email contains your reservation locator number, it will serve as proof of the reservation and confirmation of your acceptance. In addition, the electronic document in which the reservation is formalized will be archived and may be accessible by making the appropriate request. In any case, we recommend you save your reservation confirmation.

The voucher or reservation receipt containing the locator number, as well as the reservation details, should be saved by the user so that it can be communicated upon arrival at the hotel.

The owner of the website reserves the right to reject or require additional information for those reservations that do not pass the security controls established in our electronic commerce system.

Promotional codes.

Discount promotional codes will be issued periodically for application to the reservation process. The conditions of use of these codes will be informed at the time of their issuance.

Languages.

The reservation process can be carried out in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, German and French.

Minors policy

Minors under 18 years of age will have to stay in hotels accompanied by their parents, guardians or duly authorized adults. Hotel staff may require documentation identifying adults as parents, guardians or authorized persons.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out

Entry to the hotel can be made from 3:00 p.m.

You can check out of the hotel until 12 noon.

8:00-10:30 – Buffet breakfast

To access the spa you must be at least 16 years old. (up to 18, they will have to be accompanied by an adult)

 

Additional services

They may vary depending on the establishment, as reported in the reservation process.

Pets.

Only dogs weighing up to 20 kg are accepted for a supplement of €20 per night on the rate applicable to the room. We provide a welcome kit for your pet. If you need a feeder-drinker or bed, please let us know. It is essential to indicate that you are traveling with a pet at the time of making the reservation.

 

Pay.

Payment will be made at the establishment where you stayed, in cash or with a credit or debit card, or through virtual POS, or TVP paymentlink.

The credit card information requested in the reservation process will be used exclusively to guarantee your reservation. Except for those reservations that require other types of payment conditions. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so according to the establishment's policy, communicated during the reservation process and in the confirmation email, to avoid the penalty in case of no-show.

Cards accepted for both payment and reservation: Visa and Mastercard.

Rates

4.5% IGI included. Tourist tax not included. Direct payment at the hotel of €2.09 per person per night as a tourist tax.

Modification or cancellation.

During the reservation process you can modify the data entered, going back in the process. Once the process is completed, and confirmation has been sent from us, you may modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with the conditions provided to you.

Normal season cancellation: Cancellations are allowed without charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For cancellations after 6 pm on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge your credit card for the amount of the 1st night.

High season cancellation (from 12/25 to 01/05): Up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are allowed without charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. For subsequent cancellations or no-shows, the hotel will charge your credit card for the full amount of the stay.

Abbantage Loyalty Card.

Get your Abbantage card and accumulate points for use in our hotels.

Receive 5% of your bill in Abbantage points that you can use on your future stays in all our establishments. 1 point = 1 euro. *Points cannot be accumulated or redeemed at Hotels Partners. The hotels mentioned will not issue or deliver Abbantage cards. The validity of abbantage points is 18 months from the date of obtaining them.

Right of withdrawal.

In any case, remember that, when contracting accommodation services, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not apply.

 

Data Protection:

The data you provide us during the reservation process will be used to manage the indicated process and enable your stay in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy / Hotel Accommodation that you will find on our website.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

These reservation conditions. They are governed by Andorran Law. For the resolution of any controversy that may arise regarding the validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, of these conditions, the Andorran Courts will be competent.
